MISSION: We are a profitable and sustainable Financial Services cooperative for the Isthmus region. We support low-income farmers and families in the marginalized areas of Oaxaca. VISION: A sustainable and economically strong institution, improving the lives of members, clients, and their families through a transparent management of information. PROFILE OF OUR CLIENTELE: All men and women in the Isthmus region interested in managing their finances, including coffee producers and other workers. OUR VALUES: - Strength - Honesty - Trust COMPETITIVE STRATEGY: We aim to focus ourselves into specific user groups, establishing defined market segments for those who are interested in developing products that respond to a concrete need.
