| We
are all aware that only coffee, even high quality organic coffee, is not
going to be the solution for us. The price of coffee fluctuates
greatly and in the last few years the prices have been very low, so low in
fact, that they are below the cost of production. For this reason,
we are looking for alternative products. After much research and
experimentation, we have found it in the production of fruit trees/plants,
including blackberries, raspberries, passion fruit and mango.
We have developed a project to be able to make marmalades, juices, and concentrates in home-made and commercial form. Presently, we have a processing plant in Lachivizá Guienagati, where our headquarters is located.
